With an tremendous passion for video, especially watching it, Natthapron shared similar sentiments with her other founders, and together came up with the idea of bringing live streaming solutions to businesses, at a time when there was no Facebook Live or Instagram Live. At the beginning, she shared how costs to run a single livestream were astronomical, but now in 2019, the expenditure has greatly decreased, while increasing the production value. Attributing the massive savings to the vast development in technology, she looks to continue coming up with new and creative ideas not only to improve the efficiency of production, but to also to provide even greater value-add to the customer.
Nowadays, anyone with a modern mobile phone and a network connection could start their own content production, and Natthapron understands this as a benefit, but also as a challenge; How could she possibly make use of these new technologies to improve her business’s processes, but at the same time, solve the reliability issues that stem from using these. With this mindset, she never stops learning as much as she can, using all her knowledge to refine and create reliable and quality solutions for her customers.
